Mail Offer Response Form

Pastor to PastorThank you for responding to our ad for Pastor to Pastor. We welcome the opportunity to come alongside you and your family with this unique and excellent audio series. We know you will be impressed and inspired.

To proceed with this offer and to request a one-year subscription to Pastor to Pastor (suggested donation $34), please enter, in the space provided below, the special code that was in the bottom left corner of the magazine ad you read (e.g., PI06...). Then click the "Submit Request" button.

If this entry is correctly validated, you will advance to our Online Resource Center and will automatically have a one-year Pastor to Pastor subscription (six new CD editions) added to your cart. Please select the option to "proceed to checkout."

The Lion, the Witch and the WardrobeYou may then add to your cart any other items you wish to request by clicking the button at the bottom to "continue to browse." When you are ready, again select the option to "proceed to checkout." At that time, you will see a "Promotion Advisory" notification and will find that your complimentary CD set with the Radio Theater collector's edition of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (a $20 retail value) has also been added to your cart. Please be careful not to accidentally remove either the Pastor to Pastor subscription or The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe from your cart, as this will invalidate the offer.

Identify whether or not you have requested resources from our Online Resource Center before (i.e., that you have an existing account or require a new account). Review or enter the required "Primary Address Verification" information to allow us to mail these items to you, along with your payment information for the Pastor to Pastor subscription and any other items you selected, and you are done.

Please print this page in order to have these instructions at hand.
